About Us

We are David and Carol Ertur. We live in a suburban home in Florida with our two children, Caden (6) and Ava (4). Having two young kids at home all day keeps us (mom) extremely busy, with little time for breaks. The hot summers call for lots of water activities. We didn’t have a pool in our backyard, so we either had to go to parks or find water toys that the kids wouldn’t destroy or get bored with quickly. We prefer staying home in our backyard though, as it allows the kids to run around freely and still gives us parents some time to socialize and catch up. We needed an affordable, backyard summertime option full of water activities, and that’s how we came up with Splash₂o_TM.

Our children are very fortunate to be growing up in a loving environment filled with many joyful memories, but we realize there are lots of children out there who do not have such an opportunity. We are committed to donating a portion of Splash₂o proceeds to charities whose main mission is improving children’s quality of life. We believe children are the future.
